For permission to use copyrighted material from the digital archive, please contact: archive@newmuseum.org. For permission to reproduce images for one-time press use (newspaper, magazine, web), please contact the Press Office: press@newmuseum.org.

CONDITIONS GOVERNING REPRODUCTION AND USE
All content on the New Museum Digital Archive is protected by copyright laws and may be covered by other restrictions as well. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. The New Museum retains all rights, including copyright of data, images, texts, and any other information contained on this website. Copyrights and other proprietary rights may also be held by individuals and entities other than, and in addition to, the New Museum. All rights not granted by the New Museum are reserved. Unauthorized publication, duplication, or distribution of content on the New Museum Digital Archive is strictly prohibited. Nothing on the New Museum website or in these terms and conditions grants, expressly or implicitly, by estoppel or otherwise, any right or license to use any content or property of any third party, or may be construed to mean that the New Museum has authority to grant any right or license on behalf of any third party.

Anyone wishing to use content contained in the Digital Archive for any purpose other than fair use as defined by law must request and receive prior permission from individual copyright holders and the New Museum.

REQUESTS FOR DIGITAL MATERIALS
High-quality versions of digital objects found on the Digital Archive may be available for editorial, educational, commercial, and other uses. This includes high-resolution images, PDF documents, and moving images. To request specific materials, please use our online Request for Digital Materials Request Form: http://www.tfaforms.com/215000. Fees may apply depending on the nature of the request.
